Eligibility & Timelines

  • Strict 2-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your delivery.

  • Unboxing Video Required: To be eligible, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted video of unboxing the package from start to finish (showing the sealed courier bag being opened and the item examined).

Ineligible Returns

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Missing Video Proof: Requests without a full, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
